Put a specific font name in your subject (such as "Please send me Adobe Garamond Pro").
Do not send attachments - for safety purposes we will not be reading emails with attachments.
We will reply within 24 hours of each email.
If we are not able to find the font you would like (which is rare) then we will send you an email with an apology.
