I have finally found the names of the main fonts used in Canadian Family!
The script font is called Liza Display Pro (possibly Liza Text Pro too).
The Futura-like font is Neutraface or Neutraface 2*
The Georgia/Century-like font is Eames*
*the sentences with stars mean that the fonts are not 100% guaranteed correct, but are researched, educated guesses.
